Introducing our latest product: Zenebech Ageze Ethiopia coffee from Monoroastery. This coffee is grown and harvested by Mrs. Zenebech Eitch, a widow and mother of six who comes from a long line of coffee farmers. She has been working independently in the Yirgacheffe region before partnering with the newly established company, Ephtah, which specializes in exporting specialty coffee. The company is owned and managed by Ms. Wubit Bikila, along with a team of ambitious and passionate women with extensive experience in the coffee industry. They all share the same values of empowering women in society, promoting sustainability, and enhancing production.
After a year of searching for the perfect Ethiopian coffee to satisfy the taste buds of coffee connoisseurs, we have chosen Mrs. Zenebech's product. This coffee boasts refreshing notes of blueberry, the aroma of orange blossom, and the sweetness of grapes. With an SCA score of 87, this coffee is sure to impress.
